How does Breathbuddi work?

1. Clean your nose with hot water 👃
Clean both side of your nose using soap and hot water or alcohol wipes. All the oil needs to come off.
2. Use the Magnetic Applicator to pick up the nose tabs 🧲
Tab placement is essential. Apply one tab to either side of your nose and push it down to secure.
3. Wait 3-5 minutes ⏱️
It is ideal to wait 3-5 minutes for the adhesive to fully set before applying the nose band.
4. Attach the Magnetic Nasal Strip.
Put on the Magnetic Nasal strip and let the magnets do the work.
